Mission statement: Our primary mission is to provide the highest quality instruction in k-9 personal protection for civilians and their dogs.

Our secondary mission is to rescue military/police dogs or dogs of police breeding and place them in working dog programs or appropriate homes to live out the rest of their lives as family pets.

Citizen K9 Club & Rescues acts as a temporary foster home for rescued dogs. All dogs receive medical care before adopted out. They are trained K9 style with the exception of protection training. Adoption fees are only to recuperate the cost of the dog’s training and boarding during their brief stay with their foster parents.
